Willkommen
Our structure is placed in a very good position, about 100 meters far from the railstation and a couple of steps from Canal Grande and Lista di Spagna, one of the most full of life streets in the city. Our 30 rooms (in four floors) are well furnished, just renewed in 2003, and with airconditioning, tv, telephone, balcony, bathroom (inside or outside, it depends on our availability) with hairdryer, shower or bath, toilet and bidet. In this moment we are building the breakfast room, and we also hope to create a sauna room before the end of 2004.
Another winning point of us is the possibility the client has to come back everytime he prefers without passing through reception, since we have to different doors that take to the rooms: a little touch of privacy in a world where it's impossible to escape from monitoring!!!

- PLANE 1 : FROM THE AIRPORT "MARCO POLO" WATERBUS BLUE LINE "ALILAGUNA" EVERY HOUR TO STOP FERROVIA (15 MIN. TRIP, TICKET 10 EURO PPERS.) OR PRIVATE WATERBUS TAXI, PRICE ABOUT 80 EURO;
- PLANE 2 : FROM TREVISO AIRPORT "SAN GIUSEPPE" GET THE DIRECT BUS TO PIAZZALE ROMA VENICE TERMINAL (1 HOUR TRIP, TICKET 4 EURO PPERS), THEN GET WATERBUS N. 1 OR 82 (BY NIGHT LINE "N") AND GET OFF AT "FERROVIA"
