The Hotel Adriatico is located on the main street of Venice city center, whose first part is named Lista di Spagna. Lately it was a canal, then in 18th century slited up and there some embassies stood and among them the Spain embassy from where the street takes its name. It was born in late 1955 on an intuition of a young enterpreneur about the tourist future of his town. During forty years it has been continously restored and improved, specializing in its own class as a little family management hotel, comfortable and hospitable, where staff kindness and and sympathy are its boast.

Modernizations followed one another in the years to go so far as to count some services, in every room, worthy more then the two stars it has. At this time the hotel is structured in a way to be able to arrange guests of every standard and every nationality. You can choose some typologies of rooms, with several arrangements always to provide a pleasant stay to people. That is why many of our guests are regular clients every time they come to Venice. The hotel is very closed to the train station and to Piazzale Roma, last place where you can find a car in Venice. It is also very closed to an important knot of the Venitian boat lines you can use to go everywhere in the town. A pleasant way to go round the town is walking to see besides the famous tourist places, the little narrow streets (calli) and the fine little squares (campi and campielli) of this so particular town.
