We are beautifully located in Campo Santa Maria Zobenigo, a central but quiet zone of Venice, only within 5 minutes' walking distance from Piazza San Marco, the La Fenice Theatre, the Accademia Bridge and Accademia's Galleries.
Rooms are furnished in eighteenth-nineteenth century style, and each one has private bath or shower, telephone, television with satellite and air conditioning.
The hotel BEL SITO is easy to reach with public boat Linea 1 from the terminals of Piazzale Roma or Train station (stop n°13 called Santa Maria del Giglio, after the Accademia Bridge), or with a private water taxi right to the water entrance.

To reach the hotel from the cars terminals at Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto, or from the railway station, just take the nr. 1 waterbus to the nr. 13 stop, called Santa Maria del Giglio; or take the nr. 82 waterbus to the nr. 15 stop, called San Marco, the Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance.
Those arriving at the airport can take a bus to Piazzale Roma and then a waterbus nr. 1 or 82, or the direct line from airport to San Marco square.
There are also venetian water-taxis that can bring you right to the entrance of the Hotel Bel Sito & Berlino from the various arrival points (Piazzale Roma - Tronchetto - Santa Lucia station - airport).
