We are Ilaria, Mirella and Paolo.
Together we run our cosy hotel in the historical heart of Venice, in a quiet area at short walking distance from San Mark's square, Rialto bridge and all major attractions. Our hotel, which has belonged to our family for over 60 years, is well known and praised for the cleannes and care of our rooms, which are always personally checked by Mirella, and for our friendliness. Every single corner of the hotel is renovated year after year and everything is new, fresh and clean.
For this reason we are proud to be in famous foreign guidebooks. We'll be glad to advise you in English, French, and German for the best things to do in Venice, after you have enjoyed our good continental breakfast enriched by a small buffet which includes eggs, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, corn flakes, jam, salame and mortadella, cheese, and everyday baked croissants, and bread.
In our hotel you can choose between different types of rooms; double, triple rooms and comfortable family suites for families of 3, 4 and 5 people composed by two separate rooms with one bathroom. All rooms have private bathroom, sat tv, safe, hair dryer, telephone, a/C and most of the rooms have minibar. our hotel is also a wifi area and we have internet access for the guests.

Where We Are
Our hotel is located in the historical centre of Venice; just 5 minuits walk from St Mark's square and just 10 minuits walk from the famous Rialto Bridge. Nearby the hotel, in our quiet street Rigagiuffa you can find bars, restaurants and cafes where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.
How to reach us from
FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT
choose between two options:
1 - by private watertaxi
ask the taxi driver to take you to Santa Maria Formosa, this is the closest
place to our street Rugagiuffa where a watertaxi can come.
the ride costs about Euro 90-100;
2 - by public boat Alilaguna.
You can get off at San Zaccaria or San Marco (not all the rides include San
Zaccaria station which is closer to our street).
The ride takes about 50 minuits and it costs 12 euro per person.
FROM SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION
Take the waterbus 2 to San Zaccaria.
FROM THE PARKING LOTS OF TRONCHETTO or PIAZZALE ROMA
Take the waterbus 2, 51 or 1 to San Zaccaria.
FROM TREVISO AIRPORT:
Take the bus to the Venice terminal of Piazzale Roma. It takes about one hour and it costs Euro 5 including one piece of luggage.Once you are in Piazzale Roma take the waterbus 51, 2, or 1 to San Zaccaria.
