The Hotel Le Boulevard was built at the beginning of 1985 and renewed in 1998. The central position of the Hotel - 100 meters in front of the landings (only 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square, connections by public waterbuses every 5 min. all day, every 20 min all night), allows you to enjoy all the advantages of a double holiday: in the exclusive, relaxing residential and beach area of Venice, or in the historic centre, few minutes faraway.
