Welcome
Next to Rialto Bridge, the Hotel Marconi is located in the Riva del Vin (the Wine quayside, an area renown for its "ostarie", Venetian pubs).
In the 30s the building, which at that time housed a pub, become one of the few exclusive hotels in Venice.
The area, which has been the commercial center of the city since the 11th-12th century, today houses a bustling and busy-market and shopping center, which attracts visitors and locals.
The building has been completely restored and refurbished in 1991. Its 26 standard, deluxe and Canal Grande rooms are furnished in Venetian style and provide modern facilities. All rooms are equipped with fridge, color TV, radio, safe-box, private bath-shower, air-conditioning and central heating.

How to get to the Hotel Marconi
From the Airport
Via private taxi boat directly to the hotel (cost for 2-4 persons with luggage Euro 80, time 25-30 minutes).
Via shuttle boat “San Marco Company” to Piazza San Marco via Murano Island and Lido di Venezia (cost per person Euro 9, time 1 hour and 10 minutes).
Via taxi cab to Piazzale Roma (cost approx. Euro 30, time 20 minutes).
Via land bus n° 5 (cost Euro 0,77, time 30/40 minutes)
From Piazza San Marco On foot to the Rialto Bridge (15 minutes walking)
Via private taxi boat directly to the hotel (cost for 2-4 persons with luggage Euro 50, time 10-15 minutes).
Via public boat: take line n° 82 to stop n° 7 Rialto (cost per person without luggage Euro 3,10), walk to the Rialto and cross the bridge, turn to your left and the Hotel Marconi is 20 m. on your right.
If You have many luggage, we suggest You to take public boat line n°1 to San Silvestro stop n° 9 (cost per person without luggage Euro 3,10), You can walk adjacent to the Grand Canal following indications to Rialto Bridge. We are shortly before the bridge on the left.
